Strongly Believe, White supremacy has an antagonistic and demeaning effect on minorities. White supremacy is the belief, and the promotion of the belief, that white people are superior to people of other racial backgrounds. And can be classified as forms of racism and discrimination, and can be social or physical. My first argument is, White supremacy indirectly influences social hierarchy. If we revert back to the United State’s presidential history, it is evident as to why white people feel that they are â€Å"at the top of the food chain†. One of the primary effects caused by white supremacy is affirmative action. This group instilled fear in the hearts of many minorities ( mainly blacks) and has advocated extremist reactionary currents such as white supremacy, white nationalism, and anti-immigration, historically expressed through terrorism. African-Americans were lynched, shot, tortured, and constantly threatened during this era. And the KKK contributes to a majority of the reason that blacks have animosity toward whites and people of other ethnicity. To describe a more modern consequence that these people inflict upon society, look into what goes on at stores, elevators, schools, and jobs etc. Examine the racism and stereotyping that occurs. Look at the opposing races that are accused of theft, murder, rape, and other crimes simply because of the white man’s judgment of another man’s skin color. White supremacy expands even to law enforcement. Caucasian police officers have a dominant influence on what goes on within the law. It’s kind of hard to serve justice when your authority figure and judge are in cahoots. â€Å"McGinty† I believe that our government needs to strongly mandate police officers to go through a quarterly in service on racial all issues. Police have to have reasonable suspension and through a quarterly in service on racial issues. Police have to have a reasonable suspicion and written consent from the person, before imitating an unreasonable search. They should document the race, ethnic and gender of all motor vehicle. Then they should write down a valid reason of why the motorist is being stopped. The supervisors need to regularly review police reports and watch the patrol car videos. Then instruct corrections among officers if needed. Finally, there should be equal representatives of the jury system that consist of people of all races; in order for minorities to have a fair trial. As I revert back to my earlier statement of the modern effects of this belligerence, it may appear as stereotyping or racism, but it is actually subsequent to white supremacy. It is commonly overlooked that white people steal, do drugs, rape, and commit other crimes as well because of the fact that the Caucasian society is thought so highly of.
